Manifold Cylinder Pallets/Cascades

✓ Quads are specially made bundle of cylinders, all interconnected, filled or discharged together and loaded or unloaded as a bunch.
✓ The outer frame for this kind of arrangement is made up of Mild Steel Structural securing the cylinders at their respective place.
✓ Provision for fork lift at the bottom or lifting hook at the top for overhead crane for loading unloading purpose.
✓ As the Cylinders are secured tightly, outlets of these are interconnected using manifold and flexible stainless steel hoses or copper pig tails.

Vertical Quads:

✓ Cylinders are fitted in vertical up right position.
✓ Ideally suited for maximum of 25 cylinders.
✓ Hydrostatically Tested Before Assembly and Pneumatic Test after Assembly.
✓ Ergonomic Design and Ease of Maintenance

Horizontal Quads:

✓ The cylinders are fitted on its side parallel to quad or cascade’s base.
✓ Ideally suited when no of cylinders are more than 25.
✓ Stationary type
✓ Hydrostatically Tested Before Assembly and Pneumatic Test after Assembly.
